A custom AI agent is a piece of software that can read information, make decisions based on rules or AI reasoning, and take actions — like replying to an email, updating a spreadsheet, or triggering another tool. Think of it as a very reliable assistant that never takes a day off.
How long does it take to build one? +
Most simple agents take one to two weeks from first call to live deployment. More complex agents that connect to multiple systems may take three to four weeks. You'll see a working version before it goes live.
What tools do you build with? +
Depending on the job, I use a mix of n8n, Make.com, OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), and custom code. The choice of tools depends on your requirements and budget — I'll always explain why I'm choosing what I choose.
Do I pay a monthly fee to keep it running? +
The build is a one-off fixed cost. You'll likely need to pay for the AI API usage (OpenAI or Anthropic), which is usually a few euro per month for most small businesses. I offer an optional maintenance retainer, but it's not required.
What if it breaks or stops working? +
If something breaks within 30 days of delivery, I fix it at no charge. After that, I offer a monthly support retainer, or you can contact me for one-off fixes. I won't disappear after the build.
Can it connect to my existing tools? +
Almost certainly. If you use Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Xero, HubSpot, Google Sheets, or most common small-business software, there's a good chance I can connect to it. I'll confirm on the audit call.
